Emelyna Aurich is the Director of Property Management for The Cordish Companies’ Multifamily Development division, Cordish Living. She joined the Cordish team prior to the opening of their first residential building in 2015 and now oversees all leasing, resident services, and day-to-day operations of One Light, Two Light, and One Cardinal Way. Emelyna is vastly experienced across all areas of the multifamily industry, boasting over 18 years of experience in luxury, affordable, and senior living. She is an active member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City and is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Agent.

Scott Seeley serves as the Senior Manager of Leasing and Development at The Cordish Companies’ Multifamily Development Division. He joined the Cordish team in January 2024, to lead leasing efforts for One Rangers Way in Arlington, Texas. With over a decade of expertise in luxury multifamily lease-ups, project management, and customer service gained from his tenure at a publicly traded real estate investment trust, Scott brings a wealth of experience to his role. In his capacity as Senior Manager, he oversees development phase leasing operations, assists prospective residents throughout their apartment search journey, and cultivates strong community relationships.

With 7 years of experience in customer service and sales, Sal has developed a strong track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving revenue growth. Her background spans various industries, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers while achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Passionate about continuous improvement, Sal is current with industry trends and best practices to ensure she is always providing the most relevant and effective solutions. Her goal is to contribute to an organization’s success by leveraging her expertise to drive growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Nick Gray joined the Cordish team in January 2025 to support leasing efforts at One Rangers Way. His diverse and creative background began at the Art Institute and evolved into a career in multifamily housing, where he gained experience in new development lease-ups, on-site team support, and delivering high-quality service in both residential and hospitality settings. With a strong foundation in client engagement, Nick has consistently built meaningful relationships with residents and contributed to the success of multiple lease-up projects. He is committed to staying informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every prospective resident. His focus is on creating value for the organization through a blend of creativity, service excellence, and a resident-first approach.

An Arlington native, Nicole Harris brings over 15 years of customer-focused experience to her role as Lifestyle Coordinator at One Rangers Way. With a well-rounded background in property management, hospitality, event planning, and time as a flight attendant, Nicole blends polished professionalism with a personal touch. She has a passion for creating thoughtful, engaging experiences that elevate everyday living and help residents feel right at home. With her warm personality and eye for detail, Nicole is dedicated to building a vibrant, welcoming community where life feels both effortless and exceptional.
