Luxury Community Coming to Arlington
Arlington Mayor Jim Ross and Texas Rangers owner Ray Davis held shovels, Wednesday, in the groundbreaking ceremony for “One Rangers Way”, a planned 43,000 square food luxury residential community to be built adjacent to Globe Life Field. Ross says the $1-billion project will be state-of-the-art.

Arlington Entertainment District to get new apartment complex
The Texas Rangers and Cordish Companies have started construction on an apartment complex in the Arlington Entertainment District. "One Rangers Way" will have 300 apartments and will be across Nolan Ryan Expressway from Choctaw Stadium.

‘This is the tip of the iceberg’: City officially breaks ground on luxury apartment complex in Arlington
Officials broke ground on the new, luxury apartment building called One Rangers Way in Arlington Thursday. The 300-unit building is within walking distance of Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium and Choctaw Stadium. It will offer a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse apartment homes. It will also have its own parking garage.
